These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through the Studio Bibi website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

Studio Bibi sells original hand-painted artworks, commissioned artworks and print-on-demand art prints.

We make every effort to display our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen settings.

Original artworks are handmade and may contain small variations in colour, texture and finish. These variations are part of the artwork and are not considered defects.

Prints are reproductions of original artworks. Raised texture, metallic foil and reflective details are only present on the original artwork unless specifically stated otherwise.

3. Orders

An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation by email.

Please check your order details carefully before completing your purchase. Contact us as soon as possible if you have made a mistake.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases such as incorrect pricing, suspected fraud or product unavailability. If payment has already been made, the full amount will be refunded.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable.

Shipping costs and any other applicable charges will be shown before completing your order.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by their country.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the product and destination.

Print-on-demand products may be produced and shipped by one of our production partners.

Studio Bibi remains responsible for the order until it has been delivered to the customer. Please contact us if an order arrives damaged, is incorrect or does not arrive.

Shipping for large original artworks may be calculated separately. Where stated on the product page, please contact Studio Bibi for a personal shipping quotation before purchasing.

6. Returns

Returns are handled according to our separate Return Policy.

Standard products may generally be returned within the statutory return period.

Commissioned, personalised and custom-made artworks cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective or do not match what was agreed.

7. Commissioned artworks

The design, price, dimensions, payment terms and expected completion time for commissioned artworks will be agreed with the customer before work begins.

Once work on a commissioned artwork has started, changes or cancellations may not always be possible. Any additional work requested by the customer may result in additional costs.

8. Damaged or defective products

Customers are entitled to receive a product that matches the description and is of satisfactory quality.

Please contact info@studio-bibi.nl if your order is damaged, defective or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Your statutory consumer rights remain fully applicable.

9. Intellectual property

All artworks, photographs, designs, text and other content on this website belong to Studio Bibi unless stated otherwise.

Purchasing an original artwork or print does not transfer the copyright or reproduction rights. Products and website content may not be copied, reproduced, sold or used commercially without written permission from Studio Bibi.

10. Privacy

Personal information is processed according to our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed here: [INSERT PRIVACY POLICY LINK].

11. Liability

Studio Bibi is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect use, handling, storage or hanging of an artwork.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded under Dutch or European consumer law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law.

Consumers retain any mandatory rights they have under the laws of the country in which they live.
