Return Policy

Right of withdrawal You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving the last item of your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@studio-bibi.nl before the withdrawal period expires.

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may also cancel it immediately by contacting us at info@studio-bibi.nl.

Requesting a return To request a return, please contact info@studio-bibi.nl before sending the item back. Returns sent without prior notice may not be accepted.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged and securely packed. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. For large canvases and original artworks, we recommend using tracked and insured shipping.

Non-returnable items The following items cannot be returned, in accordance with Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive:

• commissioned or personalised artworks;
• custom-made prints or artworks;
• gift cards.

Standard print-on-demand prints and original artworks purchased through the webshop can be returned within the 14-day return period.

Damaged or incorrect orders Prints must be returned in their original or equivalent protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info@studio-bibi.nl and include clear photos of the item and packaging.

Refunds Once your return has been received and approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional processing time.
