Print-on-demand products

Our paper prints and canvas prints are made to order and shipped directly by our production partner.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the product, size and delivery address.

Estimated production and delivery times are shown during checkout. These are estimates and may be affected by busy periods, customs or carrier delays.

When available, you will receive tracking information by email.

Original artworks

Shipping is not included in the listed price of original artworks.

Because each original artwork differs in size, weight, framing and destination, shipping costs are calculated individually. Please contact info@studio-bibi.nl before purchasing if you would like an original artwork shipped.

Your personal shipping quote may include protective packaging, tracked delivery and insurance.

Free local pickup is available by appointment.

International orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by their country. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping costs.

Damaged or missing orders

Please contact info@studio-bibi.nl if your order arrives damaged, is incorrect or has not arrived within the expected delivery period.

For damaged orders, please include your order number and clear photographs of the artwork and packaging. Please keep all packaging until we have reviewed the issue.

Studio Bibi remains your point of contact and will work with the shipping or production partner to find an appropriate solution.

Address details

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, we may no longer be able to change the address.
